| Driving in Sydney was a pleasure - good roads, and the laws are strictly enforced so most folk do what they are supposed to. Basically just remember to travel on the left side of the road, wear seatbelts at all times, and alwayscarry a current, valid driving licence issued in the country in which you live. Yip, I was stopped 3 times! |

Sydney Opera House - One of the most famous buildings, a tru modern architectural wonder.
Bondi Beach - The most famous and best of Sydney’s beaches is the favourite haunt for beach babes and surf dudes. With huge rolling waves and silk like sand it is easy to see why this beach has risen to such prominence.
The Rocks - Reinvented from squalor into a tourist Mecca in the 1970’s, The Rocks is the oldest area of Sydney. With its cobbled streets and interesting buildings this precinct is quite heavenly, even if the tourist oversell is a bit over the top.
The Royal Botanic Gardens - Situated just east of the renowned Circular Bay these spectacular gardens are great for all ages. From its formal rose gardens to the fantastic tropical displays in pyramid greenhouses The Royal Botanic Gardens are a treat.
